Postpartum Doula Services
As you adjust to life with a new baby, be supported by a compassionate companion and doula who intends to stay a step ahead of your needs. If this is your first baby, our postpartum doula care will help you feel more informed, prepared, and organized as you encounter new experiences and feelings each day (and sometimes hour). If you are already a mama, our doulas will support you as you juggle parenting tasks, find time for self care and remember to laugh.
Postpartum doula care services include:
-
Top tier newborn care (as if he or she were part of our family)
-
Feeding support, whether you are breastfeeding, pumping, or using formula
-
Suggestions and emotional support to nurture well-being in your home
-
Light household tasks to allow more time for your recovery (tidying up, organizing supplies, milk storage, baby laundry)
Your doula may also receive help with meal prep during daytime hours or get more rest with a doula in your home during nighttime hours, depending on the postpartum doula care package you choose.
Our goal is to ease your journey and help you create lasting memories during the first few months with your baby.

"Motherhood is not a destination, it’s a journey, and the postpartum period is a beautiful part of that adventure."
